Google I/O is held annually as an annual developer conference where Google introduces its latest products and technologies. This year’s event focused on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and Google added AI-powered features to its popular solutions like its search engine and Photos app. In addition, three new models in the smartphone series, one of which is foldable, were presented to users. Pixel Fold: The device, which we can describe as Google’s entry into the foldable device market, includes a 7.6-inch OLED panel that expands to 120 Hz when opened, and a 5.8-inch OLED panel on the outside. Pixel Fold is equipped with Google Tensor G2 processor, 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage. It also has a 48-megapixel main camera and two 10.8-megapixel cameras for wide-angle and telephoto shots. Pixel Fold is priced at $1799 in the US.

Its 4385 mAh battery comes with 20W fast charging and is priced at $499.

Google also announced new AI-powered features for Android 14. Magic Compose has added the ability to customize your device’s wallpaper using AI-powered generated images, while suggesting replies in Messages.
Additionally, Google introduced WearOS 4, a new operating system for smartwatches. The new operating system is faster and designed to offer performance, longer battery life, and new features like a redesigned Google Assistant and a new Fitbit health app.
