Ford E-Courier, the result of Turkish engineering!

Otosan has also turned to electric commercial vehicles after its internal combustion commercial models. After Ford Otosan Transit, it also electrified the light commercial class. Otosan introduced the E-Courier model, which it calls the electric Courier. The new electric E-Courier model was showcased at the launch event held at the R&D center in Istanbul. The first details about the vehicle were shared.
The E-Transit Courier was designed to focus on Ford’s customers. E-Courier, which was produced with the philosophy of “Design of Thinking”, was designed in the most suitable way for the needs of its customers. In addition, the vehicle was equipped with Ford Pro software, which is the Ford ecosystem. In this way, the vehicle will always work actively and efficiently. E-Courier has created spaciousness in its interior thanks to getting rid of its cumbersome internal combustion engine. The vehicle has 25 percent more cargo volume than the base model.

The vehicle is expected to have a 100 kW electric motor. E-Courier, which is aimed to become popular especially among users who charge at home, will be charged at home in 5.7 hours with 11 kW current. The vehicle will also feature proprietary SYNC software to make overnight charges less costly.
