Bitcoin miners Iris Energy signed a $100 million share deal with B. Riley.
According to official information reported to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), B. Riley will leave the company within the next 24 months. 25 million more shares can receive.
Iris Energy, this funding, both more buy equipment as well as new to set up data centers plans to use it.
