Xiaomi is a company that some people appreciate and some criticize regarding updates. It generally provides two years of software support for the smartphones it sells. It also periodically updates the EOL list of devices whose update support has ended on the official website.
Models added to Xiaomi’s EOL list will no longer receive MIUI, Android or security updates. However, the manufacturer still does not close the door completely. Because if a serious security vulnerability is detected, they will receive updates even if they are no longer supported.
