Support for Shiba Inu (SHIB), the most popular cryptocurrency of recent times, came from Canadian Robinhood.
Canadian citizens can now buy Shiba Inu with Wealthsimple Crypto, which allows Canadians to easily buy and sell 29 types of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Toronto-based online brokerage service Wealthsimple announced yesterday that it has added the popular cryptocurrency Shiba Inu to its app.

In July 2020, Wealthsimple expanded its cryptocurrency network and established a subsidiary called Wealthsimple Digital Assets. Users could initially only transact with the two largest cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and Ethereum.
In June 2021, it received approval from the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) to add 14 new digital assets to its crypto network, including Solana, Cardano, and Dogecoin.
Wealthsimple, which already has over 1.5 million users, has added support for Shuba Inu, delighting the SHIB community.
As Wealthsimple only allows its users to trade digital assets within the app, Wealthsimple users cannot withdraw their digital assets to their personal wallets through the app.
Although the trend cryptocurrency, which is seen as an alternative to Dogecoin, has increased in popularity, it has risen to the 9th place in terms of market value in the past days, but with the latest decreases, it finds itself in the 11th place again.
