İSKİ aims to reposition itself as a modern institution and provide more effective services to the people of Istanbul. In addition, all water meters will be replaced with smart meters, water consumption will be monitored more effectively and water leaks will be prevented. These smart meters will allow İSKİ to make detailed analyzes on water usage data, and thus water management will be carried out more consciously.

Advanced data analysis tools will enable better analysis of the water network and possible problems can be detected and resolved early. These tools will allow İSKİ to manage its operations more efficiently and support uninterrupted service delivery.

Restructuring of the call center is also planned. With this improvement, the call center will be able to respond to citizens’ questions and problems faster, thus increasing customer satisfaction.

İSKİ General Manager Fatih Yücelen stated in his statement that this digital transformation will make İSKİ a more modern institution and increase its capacity to provide better service to Istanbul. These projects will make significant contributions to modernizing Istanbul’s water infrastructure and providing higher-level services to citizens, while also supporting environmental sustainability by ensuring more effective use of water resources.
