In fact, real animals are both used and not used in this process. It should be noted that it is a somewhat complex process. As for the artificial meat production, it is made with cells taken from real animals. The tissue cells taken are reproduced in the laboratory environment and meat tissues are formed. Chicken breast is perhaps one of the most used meats in Turkish cuisine. To produce it artificially, a small tissue is taken from the breast of the chicken and the cells in this tissue are multiplied. Afterwards, artificial chicken meat is produced.
