According to Coindesk news, Craig Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto and did not write the Bitcoin (BTC) white paper, a judge in England ruled Thursday after a month-long hearing.
UK Judge James Mellor made his decision in the case filed by the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) against Craig Wright and determined that Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto.
At the hearing held today, the judge said that the evidence that Craig Wright was not Satoshi was “very strong”.
As you may recall, COPA was designed to prevent Craig Wright from suing other developers or claiming intellectual property rights over the technology. BitcoinSatoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of , filed a lawsuit against Wright to obtain a ruling that he is not.
