Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse responded to the allegations

cryptocoin.comAs you follow, Binance CEO brought up surprising allegations about Avalanche last night. A new Crypto Leaks report has emerged claiming that Ava Labs is working with lawyers to attack its competitors. After the AVAX claims, which fell like a bomb on the agenda of the market, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse also made statements.

According to allegations made on August 26 and video recordings, AVAX CEO Emin Gür Sirer allegedly used unethical methods to compete with other projects. The allegations were brought up on Twitter late at night by the Binance CEO. CZ later chose to remove the post containing the accusations.

In a response to the allegations about Avalanche today came from Ripple (XRP). As you follow, the charges were based on a collusion between Roche Freedman and Ava Labs. The accusations that sparked the debate claimed that Roche Freedman owner Kyle Roche had previously provided Ripple with services similar to AVAX. Brad Garlinghouse partially denied the accusations, as did Emin Gür Sirer, CEO of AVAX.

Ripple remained silent on AVAX claims

Brad Garlinghouse published the part of the allegations reflecting the side of XRP in a post on Twitter. This paragraph was talking about Brad Garlinghouse’s investment in and support for Kyle Roche. But Garlinghouse says he doesn’t know anything about Roche:

I cannot comment on the validity of the claims here, but I can certainly say that I have never met or spoken to (far less invested) Kyle Roche.

Meanwhile, Ava Labs CEO Emin Gün Sirer dismissed CryptoLeaks’ sensational claims that his company was suing competitors to “harm” and deceive regulators, calling it “conspiracy theory bullshit.” Sirer cited an August 26 article by CryptoLeaks alleging that the company had formed a “collusion” with US law firm Roche Freedman to use the American legal system “gangster-style”.

According to the accusations that Avalanche is on the target, many people and organizations from crypto money exchanges are accused. Although the industry has focused on these claims, there has been no official statement from AVAX yet. Following the letter from Binance’s CEO, Avalanche CEO denied the allegations. An announcement is expected today from Avalanche’s official accounts.
