The areas where nuclear facilities, radiation facilities or radioactive waste facilities will be established will also need to pass the approval of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority. In addition, the Nuclear Regulatory Authority may require authorized persons to obtain authorization certificates for services to be provided by other persons or for other activities that may affect safety, security and nuclear security. Authorized persons, on the other hand, cannot leave the place or facilities, nuclear material, radioactive source and radioactive waste unattended, before the end of their duties related to the activity.
