According to the current regulation, motorcycles up to 50cc can be used with a Class B license to drive. However, since these vehicles are officially registered as motor bikes in the license and cannot reach the lowest speed limit, they cannot go on highways and bridges.
Due to the increasing demand in Turkey and the insufficient 50cc, it was announced that a new regulation would be made by taking the European model as an example. Accordingly, citizens with class B licenses will be able to drive motorcycles up to 125cc without the need for an additional license by taking only a few hours of driving lessons from the driving school.
