Arrow Lake-S processors will be the first processor family with an NPU unit that will increase artificial intelligence performance. In this sense, the processor family has a performance that triples Meteor Lake on the artificial intelligence side. At the same time, Arrow Lake will appear with the 20A process node, which is Intel’s 2 nm fabrication process. Intel will produce dies with three different core configurations for Arrow Lake:

  • 24 Cores: 8 performance + 16 efficiency cores
  • 22 Cores: 6 performance + 16 efficiency cores
  • 20 Cores: 6 performance + 8 efficiency cores
