Berlin Annalena Baerbock deliberately keeps her petition personally personal: “Dear Antje, dear Christoph Bautz, dear Kai, dear Sascha, dear Christoph Bals, dear Martin, dear Jörg-Andreas, dear Christoph Heinrich”, is the address of the federal chairman with the sunflower logo of the Greens in the letterhead. What is meant are the heads of green apron organizations who have been putting massive public and viral pressure on the networks for years and lobbying politically so that Germany swings to a strict climate policy course. These include the BUND, Campact, the Deutsche Naturschutzring, Deutsche Umwelthilfe, Germanwatch, Greenpeace, the Naturschutzbund and the WWF.

“Thank you very much for your letter to us and, above all, for sharing our concerns,” the Greens leader begins and immediately admits: “We too want and have to achieve a lot in the coalition negotiations that have just begun, especially in terms of climate and climate change Biodiversity protection. “
