Samsung’s upcoming affordable tablet has been leaked with its color options and a few technical features. The tablet in question was spotted on official listings and certification sites. We have previously seen early render images of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024), but the new leak gives more information about the tablet.

Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was first introduced in 2020 and its next version will be released in 2022. With the leak made by 91mobiles, it was learned that the new version of the device has arrived after 2 years. The leaked images show that the device will come in a Mint color for the first time.

91mobiles notes that some images have been discovered in the official listings, showcasing the full appearance of the device, including features and technical details. It is estimated that the new tablet will probably carry the same design as its predecessor and will be offered in pink and black color options as well as the new Mint color.

Aside from the design, the specifications are likely to be similar to the previous model. While it is estimated that the device will have a 10.4-inch screen and large frames, the camera setup is thought to include a single 8 MP rear sensor and a 5 MP selfie camera on the front. The rear camera will likely support 1080p video recording.

Battery capacity, one of the prominent features of the previous model, will also be large in the Samsung Tab S6 Lite (2024). A massive battery is expected, offering 14 hours of video playback time. The new budget-friendly tablet will also support S-Pen, attach to the right edge of the device, and match the color of the tablet.

Probably the most exciting change will be the chipset powering the tablet. It is estimated that the device will come with the Exynos 1280 processor used in some Galaxy phones. For storage, at least 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage are expected, and there will also be microSD support.

Other features of the device will include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, 3.5mm headphone jack and AKG supported speakers. The device, which recently received BIS certification, is expected to come with Wi-Fi and LTE variants. It has also appeared in the US FCC and Denmark’s UL databases, indicating an imminent global rollout, starting in India.
