Macro investor Raoul Pal in a LinkedIn post today on web 3 announced that he was starting a new business.
Pal said that ScienceMagic.Studios, which he founded, is “a token venture asset studio working with the largest communities and brands.”

He added that the company’s mission is to “tokenize the world’s largest cultural communities (music, fashion, movie/book/TV franchises and sports) using NFTs, social tokens and Metaverse.”
On his LinkedIn profile, Pal is the co-founder and CEO of Real Vision Group, publisher of Global Macro Investor, and co-founder of Exponential Age Asset Management.
Pal said investors in the new venture include Liberty City Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, DCG, Brevan Howard Digital, and other firms. It also identified its founding partners as Kevin Kelly of Delphi Digital and David Pemsel, former CEO of Guardian Media Group.
Pal used the following statements in his post about the initiative:

One of the biggest opportunities on Web 3 is to help big brands enter Web 3 correctly, and do so in a creative but cautious and meticulous way. We are currently in talks with some important people/brands.”
