SpaceTime3D sues Apple once again
SpaceTime3D sued Apple for violating one of its 3D user interface patents for its multitasking app and Safari tabs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The plaintiff company is about 3 different disputed patents, one of which was first filed in 2007. Texas Western District District Courtto which he complained.
The lawsuit alleges that Apple’s Switcher and Safari Tab View features are used to improve the user experience on small devices by displaying content in three dimensions, infringing a patent owned by SpaceTime3D.
