One of Fabian& Fred’s latest works, ‘I Am Not Afraid!’ is about a little girl named Vanja who discovers that being brave means facing your own fears and that everyone in this world, even the most fearless, has fears.
In this work, the team aims to create an authentic sense of fear by combining natural structures, brushstrokes used for texture, and a child’s voice. The team begins with the creation of multiple characters in Adobe Photoshop, the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of creative apps. These characters are placed in Adobe Animate after preparation.
Animated characters are used to test sounds in Premiere Pro. With the new GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, studios like Fabian & Fred can accelerate review times for teams by nearly halving export times using NVIDIA’s dual encoders.
3D assets are modeled in Blender within the field of view with Blender Cycles RTX accelerated OptiX ray tracing, enabling interactive modeling with sharp graphics output. In parallel, wide and detailed backgrounds are created with GPU accelerated canvas in Adobe Illustrator. Thanks to their GeForce RTX 3090 GPUs, Fabian&Fred can seamlessly and interactively scroll and zoom in and out complex vector graphics.
Audio production is done in the digital audio application ProTools and the final composite work is completed in Adobe After Effects with over 45 RTX GPU accelerated features and effects.
