US stock market down again

Frankfort, New York Investors on Wall Street remain cautious despite efforts to find a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine war. The Dow Jones index of standard values closed little changed on Monday at 32,945 points. The tech-heavy Nasdaq fell two percent to 12,581 jobs. The broad S&P 500 lost 0.7 percent to 4173 points. The talks on a ceasefire temporarily caused the price of oil to fall by more than eight percent to its lowest level in two weeks. Brent crude oil from the North Sea fell at its peak to $103.49 per barrel; the price of US oil fell as low as $99.76. By the end of trading, the price had picked up again somewhat.
