It has been decided to put into effect the attached “Decision on the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contributions to be Taken as Student Contribution to Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2023-2024 Academic Year” in accordance with Article 46 of Law No. 2547 and Article 7 of Law No. 3843.
