Muğla, Turkey’s most expensive district in real estate, With a square meter price of 10 thousand 167 liras was at the top of the list. The continuation of the list, in which Istanbul was second with 7 thousand 824 liras and Antalya third with 5 thousand 947 liras, was as follows: İzmir 5 thousand 482 liras, Çanakkale 4 thousand 236 liras, Balıkesir 4 thousand 232 liras, Yalova 4 thousand 62 liras, Gaziantep 3 thousand 991 liras, Denizli 3 thousand 852 liras and Edirne 3 thousand 718 liras.

Average square meter prices compared to last year 35-60% increase seen. According to the October 2021 Real Estate Index data, Beşiktaş was the district with the most expensive average square meter price in housing for sale, with 27 thousand 521 liras per square meter. Sarıyer, another district of Istanbul, followed the second place with 27 thousand 517 liras.
