For more and more logisticians, the country just outside the gates of the European Union is becoming increasingly important for the supply of goods.
“We are finding that companies want to relocate their operations from Asia back to near Europe,” confirms Tobias Bartz, CEO of the Westphalian freight forwarding group Rhenus. “Turkey, with its very young and relatively well-educated population, is an ideal location for production and trade.”
