The source of the problem is not yet known and no official statement has been made from Bybit officials yet.
According to the notifications made by users, some accounts have been logged out and cannot be logged in again. However, some of the foreign users reported that they had no problems with their transactions using VPN and pointed out that the problem may be regional.
