Turkey’s first electric car Togg T10X hit the road with the ceremony held last day. While the electric cars were delivered to their lucky owners, the prices paid for the pre-order by the people whose names were not revealed in the lottery started to be wondered.
Refund of Togg T10X pre-order prices has been completed
Togg, with a statement he made on the Trumore Twitter page, relieved the people who paid the pre-order prices. According to the statement, the refund process of the pre-order fees to the people who participated in the lottery to buy the Togg T10X and whose names were not revealed in the lottery has been completed.
As it is known, more than 177,000 people applied to own the Togg T10X. As a result of the lottery, 40 thousand people were determined, including 20 thousand principal and 20 thousand substitutes. While it is planned to deliver the vehicles to the first 20 thousand people whose names are mentioned in the lottery in 2023, the people on the reserve list will get their cars in the first half of 2024.
As a result of the draw, more than 137 thousand people were waiting for the refund of the pre-order price of 60 thousand TL. In the statement made on Twitter, it was stated that all returns were completed. The statement includes the following statements:
“The refund process of the pre-order fees deposited to participate in the T10X lottery between March 16-27 was completed. Refunds were made to our users’ Trumore e-Wallets, followed by bank accounts and credit cards. The reflection of the refund transactions to your account may vary depending on the bank processing times. We ask you to follow the process with your bank, thank you for your understanding.“
After the pre-order fees are returned, the eyes are now on the delivery of the vehicles. Deliveries of the long-range version of the Togg T10X will begin in April, while deliveries of the short-range version with the V2 trim level are scheduled to begin in July. Those who participate in the draw for the short-range Togg with the V1 hardware level will have to wait until November.
