TikTok Introduced a Feature Offering New Revenue Model!

TikTok has announced the new ‘TikTok Pulse’ feature that will both encourage content producers to make better videos and allow them to earn more money.

Announcing that they will switch to a similar strategy to their YouTube content, the company plans to increase the amount that content producers earn.

Brands can advertise ‘best videos’ specific to them

A new feature called ‘TikTok Pulse’ was mentioned in a blog published by TikTok today. With this feature, brands advertising on TikTok will be able to make their ads appear in ‘top videos’. That is, brands will be able to advertise videos that are in the top 4% of TikTok.

So, how will this affect the revenues of the creators? Namely; If the videos of the content producers are among the best videos, they will be published next to them. A portion of the ad revenues will go to content producers. According to the first information, accounts with at least 100 thousand followers will be able to benefit from this feature. The feature is planned to be rolled out first in the United States and then rolled out around the world.
