This is what the solution to the dispute over Herbert Diess should look like

Berlin, Düsseldorf Hans Dieter Pötsch doesn’t have it easy with Herbert Diess. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen is a man of quiet words. Diess, on the other hand, loves loud, weird sounds: “Ebit makes you free!” He called out to his executives in March 2019. This wanted to motivate them, the managers felt reminded of the Nazi slogan “Work makes you free” that was emblazoned above the entrance gate of the Auschwitz concentration camp. In June 2020 Diess accused his own supervisory board of breaking the law for giving internal information to the media.

In September 2021, Diess then outdid himself. First, he had the job of cutting up to 35,000 jobs at the Wolfsburg parent plant run through internally, and then complained to the supervisory board that his plans were met with criticism. At the same time, Diess praised the US competitor Tesla for the green clover.
