The World’s Most Livable Cities Announced

The Economist Intelligence Unit shared the 2022 version of its annual ‘World’s Most Livable Cities’ list. The world’s most livable city was Vienna for the third time in the last 5 years.

The ‘World’s Most Livable Cities’ list, published annually by The Economist Intelligence Unit, was updated for the year 2022. The list, in which European cities experienced a great decrease in 2021 with the effect of the coronavirus, is in this year’s version. Europe and especially North America brought it back again.

According to the list shared by The Economist Intelligence Unit, the most livable cities in the world are, in Western Europe and North America is located. Vienna, the capital of Austria, is at the top of the list of the most livable cities. Vienna has managed to top the list for the third time in the last five years.

The Economist Intelligence Unit evaluates cities according to more than 30 qualities and quantities while creating the livability index. If these parameters are stability, health care, culture and environment, education and infrastructure is coming. As a result of all evaluations, an overall score is given to the cities.
