LPDDR technology, which draws attention with its powerful hardware in the mobile world, first appeared with the iPhone 3GS model in 2009. SK hynix introduced LPDDR5T in January, which provides 13 percent higher performance than the previous version.
LPDDR5T production announced
A critical statement has been made for LPDDR5T, which is known as the fastest mobile DRAM available today. SK hynix announced that it has started to provide RAM packages to its customers by producing 16 gigabyte (GB) Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo (LPDDR5T).
In its statement, SK hynix underlined that LPDDR5T is the most suitable memory to maximize the performance of smartphones with the highest speed achieved so far. The LPDDR5T 16 GB package operates in the ultra-low voltage range of 1.01 to 1.12 V as specified by the Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC). Additionally, we should point out that it can process 77 GB of data per second.

At its January launch, SK hynix claimed that the LPDDR5T would expand beyond smartphones into artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR). The company stated that it provides customers with a 16GB multi-chip platform that combines multiple LPDDR5T chips in one place.
The developed technology has the capacity to process 77 GB of data per second, which is equivalent to transferring 15 FullHD movies per second. Analysts predict that new technology will enter our lives in 2024.
