Here is the first trailer and release date for Obi Wan Kenobi!

The first trailer shared by Disney for Obi Wan Kenobi answered many question marks. It will initially focus on the second trilogy of the Star Wars franchise, i.e. The Phantom Menace (1999), Attack of the Clones (2002) and Revenge of the Sith (2005) just after productions.

In this case, we see that Anakin Skywalker has already become Darth Vader. Obi-Wan takes Anakin’s son, Luke, to the planet Tatooine, prior to A New Hope in the original trilogy (1977). It should be noted that this is also where Anakin spent his childhood.

Later in the trailer, we see Obi-Wan talking to Luke’s uncle (Anakin’s half-brother) Owen Lars and handing the boy over to him. Also, while he talks about the training he needs to get in the future, Owen comes off quite harshly because he fears he will share the same end as Anakin.

In addition, we witness the complete transformation of Anakin into Darth Vader, albeit for a short time. But more space can be recognized within the production. Also, the arrival of some Sith on Tatooine in search of Obi Wan indicates that there will be a lot of lightsaber fight scenes.

According to the information shared by Disney, this production will be a mini-series and will end with 6 episodes. It will also be broadcast worldwide on May 27. But since Disney+ will start serving in our country in June, we will have to wait a little longer.
