Kremlin accuses Ukraine of killing civilians in flooded area
Russia’s presidential office has again accused Ukraine of repeatedly shooting at flood victims after the dam collapsed. Civilians were killed, including a pregnant woman. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the alleged attacks as barbaric. Ukraine has in turn accused Russia of shooting at civilians and rescue workers in the flooded area. The area is located along the Dnipro River, which roughly forms the front line between the warring factions in the area. Some parts are controlled by Ukrainian soldiers, others by Russian units.
