Steam now lets you try games without buying them

Nowadays, when we want to access a computer game, there is usually no option but to buy it. But players want to try a game that is popular on social media platforms before buying it. Good news came from Steam, the first platform that comes to mind when it comes to games.

Thanks to its new feature called Game Trials, Steam will offer the opportunity to try a game for 90 minutes before purchasing it. The pleasing detail is that no demo will be offered to the players. During these 90 minutes, you will have access to all the features of the game you want to try.

Steam Game Trials feature being tested with Dead Space!

Developed by Valve, Dead Space is currently the first game that can be tested for 90 minutes before purchase. As we mentioned above, there are no demos or limitations. It is possible to explore the game with all its details for 90 minutes.

Players could purchase a game on the platform and return it within two hours, but the trial feature will make things a little easier.

While this may not be seen as a big improvement by some users, it will be an important milestone in the gaming industry when Steam makes the Game Trials option available for other games.
