Shiba Inu Listing Craze: SHIB Now Available On This Exchange!

The SHIB listing spree continues at full speed. Shiba Inu, one of the most popular meme coins, has been listed by Spain’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.

Spanish cryptocurrency exchange Bit2Me has announced that it now supports Shiba Inu, the best-performing cryptocurrency of the year.

Bit2Me added support for Dogecoin (DOGE), the first and largest meme cryptocurrency, 7 months ago.

Founded in 2014, Bit2Me continues to be Spain’s number one exchange, with an annual growth of 1200 percent.

The trading platform launched B2M, an Ethereum-based native token, in September, raising $23.9 million (20 million euro) in its IPO. Remarkably, collecting the aforementioned figure took less than three minutes. The token can be used to gain access to additional features and vote on management decisions.

Baldomero Falcones, former head of payments giant Mastercard, joined Bit2Me as a senior advisor in August to work on Bit2Me Card, a debit card for cryptocurrency payments. This transfer was part of the company’s effort to expand its reach beyond Spain.

Establishing a Place in Europe

With the Bit2Me listing, Shiba Inu has taken another step to strengthen its presence in Europe.

As previously reported by KoinFinans, Bitstamp, Europe’s largest exchange, announced on December 8 that it would list the Shiba Inu, but the trading was later delayed due to technical difficulties.

Earlier in November, Coinbase Pro allowed its clients to trade Shiba Inu against the British pound and euro, and after months of delay, the coin first listed on the platform in October.

Bitpanda, the Austrian crypto unicorn backed by PayPal co-founder and billionaire Peter Thiel, has also made it possible to trade SHIB against the euro.

Kraken also announced the much-anticipated listing in late November; Trading for both dollar and euro-based fiat pairs began on November 30, and the Shib community has welcomed this development.
