Klaytn, backed by South Korean Kakao, and Finschia, developed by the messaging app LINE, are considering combining the two blockchains.
According to the joint statement made by Klaytn Foundation and Finschia Foundation, the duo plans to create a new blockchain that will support both EVM and CosmWasm.
If the negotiations between the parties result positively, these merged into a single organization it will become.
In the new blockchain to be established, Klaytn currently has KakaoTalk; Finschia’s integrations with LINE will continue.
