Phone (2), introduced at the event held on July 11, offers a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen and comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Although there is no major change in the exterior design, the number of LED lighting at the rear has been increased to 33. This means the Phone 2 has 33 LED segments that can be controlled individually.
Additionally, the capabilities of the LED lighting on the rear have been expanded. It was stated that the largest LED can be used as a volume indicator, notification lighting and during charging.
Phone (2) will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. This chipset with 4 nm architecture includes Adreno 730 GPU in addition to 1x 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-X2 (Kryo), 3x 2.5 GHz ARM Cortex-A710 and 4x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores.
In addition to the powerful processor, the new model will offer 8 GB or 12 GB RAM options and 256 GB or 512 GB internal storage. This smartphone, which will run on the Android 13-based Nothing OS 2.0 operating system, will have a battery with a capacity of 4,700 mAh.
Some important improvements have also been made on the camera side of the device. Phone 2, which has a dual camera setup on the back, has a 50 Megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera sensor with OIS support. On the front, there is a 32 Megapixel camera embedded in the screen.
