New 10 TL Banknotes Entered into Circulation

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, together with the statement it shared today new 10 TL banknotes announced that it is in circulation as of today. In the shared press release, the change made in the new 10 Turkish Lira banknotes was also shared. The change took place in the signatures, as in the new arrangements of other banknotes.

The 6th order banknotes, which will replace the 5th order 10 TL banknotes put into circulation in July 2021, will be signed by the former Central Bank Vice President Emrah Şener. It will bear the signature of Mustafa Duman. Mustafa Duman’s signature will be seen together with the signature of Central Bank Governor Şahap Kavcıoğlu.

“Based on the authority given to our Bank by Law No. 1211, E9 Emission Group VI. 10 TL banknotes will be put into circulation as of April 27, 2022.

E9 Emission Group I., II., III., IV. and V. order 10 TL banknotes, VI. signatures on 10 TL banknotes President Prof. Dr. It was rearranged to belong to Vice President Mustafa Duman together with Şahap Kavcıoğlu.

The banknotes in question are I., II., III., IV. and V. schemes are exactly the same. I., II., III., IV., V. and VI. regular banknotes will circulate together.”
