Frankfurt Nine million euros for a four-room apartment? In Germany? That sounds unbelievable – but in Frankfurt there is this apartment: In the country’s tallest residential building, the Grand Tower, the penthouse on the 47th floor is offered for this price.
In return, according to the real estate agent, the buyer gets a “view of one of the most beautiful big city backdrops in Europe” and an apartment with 300 square meters of space, concierge service, three bathrooms and two balconies and thus has the best prerequisites for a “relaxed and stylish way of life”. . But: Apparently nobody wants to buy this property.
The building was completed two years ago and almost all the other apartments have been sold, only the top floor is still available – which should not come as a surprise to some in view of the expected monthly loan installment of more than 34,000 euros.
