The total number of Bayraktar TB2 produced by Baykar since 2014 and how much it has been exported has become clear.
The number of exported countries of Bayraktar TB2 has reached 20!
It is known that more than 300 of the Bayraktar TB2 UAVs and SİHAs have been produced in the past 8 years. However, it is claimed that there may have been an undisclosed number of production due to the wing numbers of the vehicles sold to Ukraine being 400 and above.
The number of those exported abroad, on the other hand, is 96, according to the announced data. Let’s also say that these vehicles are sold to 20 countries in total. In this case, we can say that the number of vehicles in the inventory of the Turkish Armed Forces (including JGK, EGM and MIT) is over 200. So which country bought how many pieces?
- Train: 6 units were delivered.
- Ukraine: 12 units were delivered. 24 more were ordered. The foreign press claimed that 30 units were delivered.
- Azerbaijan: It is thought that there are at least 6 pieces. But the exact number is unknown.
- Libya: An unknown number of expulsions before the peace with Khalifa Haftar.
- Turkmenistan: Unknown number exported.
- Morocco: 13 units were ordered. Active images were shared.
- Kyrgyzstan: The first delivery took place in December 2021. However, the number is unknown.
- Niger: Unknown number exported.
- Ethiopia: Unknown number exported.
- Pakistan: Although the exact number is unknown, Pakistani sources have confirmed that he has received a number of TB2 and AKINCI.
- Tajikistan: Unknown number exported.
- Poland: 24 Bayraktar TB2s were ordered. The first batch will be delivered in 2022.
- Algeria: Unknown number exported.
- Somalia: Unknown number exported. It is known to be in active use.
- Iraq: Unknown number exported.
In addition to the ones shared above, it is known to be exported to at least 5 more countries. But no official announcement has been made yet. Let’s also say that the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Albania, El Salvador, Serbia, Slovakia, Uruguay and Ecuador are among potential buyers. There may even be an undisclosed number of exports to some of these countries.
