More than 20 million tons of grain are stuck in Ukraine because Russia blocks Ukrainian Black Sea ports. British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of blackmailing the world with the port blockade.

It is appalling how Putin is weaponizing hunger and lack of food among the world’s poorest people, she said during a visit to Bosnia. “We just can’t let that happen. Putin must lift the blockade on Ukrainian grain.”
