They announced that they recorded a real growth of 14.6 percent in 2023, according to inflation calculations, and increased their revenues by 7.1 billion TL to 43.9 billion TL. The company’s net profit increased by 82.5 percent and reached 12.6 billion TL.
Turkcell also achieved strong growth figures in the field of mobile payment and digital services. The company stated that it maintains its leading position by far in the mobile field. According to 2023 data, the number of Turkcell’s fiber subscribers increased by 169 thousand.
Turkcell also shared its targets for 2024. Accordingly, it is estimated that the company’s annual income growth will be above inflation and the income ratio of investments will remain at 23 percent.
Turkcell’s strategic priorities include data, energy, artificial intelligence and cyber security. The company is Turkey’s largest data center operator with its investments. The energy produced through renewable energy investments is aimed to meet 60 percent of the company’s consumption.
