Smartphone battery caught fire due to overheating!

After the incident, it is stated that during the conversation with the passenger who owns the device, the battery overheated and this caused the device to catch fire. However, it was said that the flight continued as planned thanks to cabin crew members who intervened early and landed safely at Delhi airport around 12:45 p.m. on Thursday.

This incident occurred due to abnormal heating of a mobile device battery during flight 6E 2037 from Dibrugarh to Delhi. The crew is trained to handle all dangerous events.
