The company’s insistence that the bags are not lost causes the incident to be moved to Twitter. A woman named Valerie Szybala reveals how United Airlines lost her luggage with her social media platform.
Stating that his suitcases are in the trash can behind a building with the help of AirTag, Szybala has difficulty explaining this situation to United Airlines. The images obtained by the woman from the street view of Google Maps indicate that other suitcases are also there.
Sharing this information with the airline company, Szybala is faced with the answer that his bags are in the ‘distribution centre’. Szybalal also states that he asked for detailed information about his bags, but did not receive a positive response. The woman, who had problems with the airline company, stated that after long efforts, the bags reached her, albeit with a delay.
AirTags had helped their users in similar events before. A person who lost his luggage in June found his luggage in an office at Melbourne Airport with the help of AirTag. In August, a couple who lost their bags on their trip to Portugal stated that their luggage traveled more than they did during this period.
