Habeck apparently intends to cut state aid for Chinese chip manufacturers again

Berlin, Munich Robert Habeck (Greens) is apparently planning the next sign of the realignment of his China policy. The Federal Minister of Economics is apparently inclined to collect the already promised millions in funding for the chip manufacturer Nexperia. The Handelsblatt learned this unanimously from government circles. There has never been a stop to funding in this way.

Nexperia, with its 14,000 employees worldwide, produces most of its chips in Hamburg and has its headquarters in the Netherlands. However, the company belongs to the Chinese group Wingtech – which has connections to the Chinese state.
