Gate Group Obtained VASP License in Italy

Gate Group’s arm in Malta Gate.MT, It announced that it has obtained a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Providers) license through its Italian subsidiary Gate Technology Italia SRL. With this license, Gate.MT will now be able to offer a variety of services to Italian customers through its local subsidiary, including cryptocurrency exchanges and conversions, transfers, exchange services and digital wallet services.

  • Italy: VASP license enabling the provision of cryptocurrency exchange and wallet services.
  • Bahamas: SCB approval to enter the digital asset business, convert from digital asset to fiat currency, offer one or more digital asset exchanges, and offer digital asset transfer services.
  • Australia: AUSTRAC license as VASP.
