According to Bloomberg’s report, the US securities and exchange commission accused Binance and its CEO, CZ, of violating securities laws and sued.
CZ, who gave the first answer to this, stated that the news was FUD in his post on his twitter account and said:

Our team is on hand to ensure systems are stable, including withdrawals and deposits.
We will post a response when we see the SEC’s complaint. I haven’t seen it yet. The media gets the information before we do.”

In his response, CZ included the “4” in which he denied FUD as in previous reports.
