“Das Supertalent”: A paramedic came for this performance – TV

His performance was not for the faint of heart …

Street artist Moisés Ugidos made the most extreme appearance on Saturday evening at “Supertalent”.

While the candidate for the jury pushed sharp objects into his nose and picked up a sharp knife for a stunt, a paramedic was standing by behind the stage as a precaution. His performance not only caught the audience’s breath.

The story of the young man who goes under the stage name Muy Moi is also unusual. He actually comes from Tenerife and has toured the whole world with his one-man show. For love, the fakir finally settled in Meschede, where he tirelessly works on new numbers.

Before he started with “Supertalent”, backstage presenter Lola Weippert (25) warned the TV viewers: “Please do not do it at home!” As soon as Muy Moi lay down on a board with long nails, guest juror Yvonne Catterfeld ( 41) Take a deep breath. Then the artist’s friend placed a heavy concrete block on his stomach and hit it hard with a hammer.

In the hall, many people screamed out loud in shock. But that was just the beginning. After that, Muy Moi bent his body so that it hurt to watch and pushed a drill into his nose at full rotation. Catterfeld whined: “Oh, please don’t!” Her jury colleague Michael Michalsky (54) didn’t want to look anymore.

Then the climax: Muy Moi bit upside down on a sharp knife, while his assistant put the concrete block on the back of his head this time and pounded on it again. After the stunt, the candidate theatrically held a hand in front of his face. That’s why many thought: Now blood is flowing. But everything had gone well. The paramedic could also breathe a sigh of relief in the backstage area.

The Ehrlich Brothers agreed: “That was really exciting.” According to the magicians, Muy Moi has proven that street art works. Michalsky cheered: “Even though I am tender, I want to see more of it!” With so much praise, the artist on stage came to tears of emotion.

With a four-fold yes, he made it to the next round and in the end even to the semi-finals in the vote. Incidentally, Muy Moi is no stranger to the “Super Talent”. In 2019 it was well received with a spectacular fire show.
