Citroën introduced the new 100 percent electric Citroën ë-C3 model!

Citroën, one of the important names of the automotive world, introduced the renewed Citroën ë-C3 model, which is a price-performance product in the B segment. Citroën C3, whose first generation hit the roads in 2002 and has sold more than 5.6 million units to date, appears in its fourth generation as the fully electric ë-C3.

The model, which will also be sold in Turkey, has a 44 kWh battery pack that can offer a WLTP driving range of up to 320 km and a 100 kW DC fast charging feature that provides charging performance from 20 percent to 80 percent in just 26 minutes. In addition to the Citroën ë-C3, the 1.2 PureTech 100 HP 6-speed manual and 1.2 PureTech 100 HP eDCT6 MHEV versions of the Citroën C3 are also planned to be offered for sale in Turkey.

Users’ expectations for B segment vehicles; This has changed, especially with the increasing popularity of SUVs and the widespread desire to use electric vehicles. On the other hand, it has become difficult for European vehicle manufacturers to meet these expectations. Citroën shows the courage to do this with the new, fully electric ë-C3 for its users. We are ready to put a fully equipped, specially designed and comfortable B-Hatchback produced in Europe on the roads at affordable prices.

Citroën ë-C3 brings with it some innovations compared to its class. The company offers a better driving experience to its users by combining Citroën Advanced Comfort Suspension with new Citroën Advanced Comfort seats for the first time in this segment.

With its 83 kW (113 HP) electric motor and fully automatic transmission, the new ë-C3 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 11 seconds and reach a maximum speed of approximately 135 km/h. The interior structure, designed with the “C-Zen Lounge”, hosts a wide windshield, vertical ventilation ducts and a horizontal front console architecture.

The 10.25-inch touchscreen uses smartphone-like widget architecture to provide access to basic navigation, phone, radio, apps and media functions via virtual shortcuts. It provides wireless Wi-Fi capability, smartphone mirroring, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.

Driving support technologies included in the model;

• Active Safety BrakeAn emergency braking system that operates day and night between 5 and 135 km/h, helping to reduce injuries to pedestrians and cyclists, as well as vehicle passengers.
• Active Lane Departure Warning System It operates between 60 and 180 km/h and is deactivated when the signals are used.

• Coffee Break Alertrecommends the driver to take a break after 2 hours of continuous driving above 65 km/h.
• Defining Speed ​​Limit“Cruise Control” with “Speed ​​Limiter” allows the driver to limit the maximum speed to ensure compliance.
• Electric Parking Brake (EPB), The driver can manually manage the EPB with the remote control on the center console. Additionally, Hill Start Assist keeps the vehicle stationary for a few seconds on slopes above 3 percent.
• Smart Headlight AssistantIt uses the windshield-mounted camera to automatically switch between low and high beams when an oncoming vehicle is detected and they have passed safely.
• Rear Parking SensorsA “Rear View Camera” is activated when reverse gear is engaged to see behind the vehicle and warn the driver of possible obstacles via the 10.25-inch color screen (if equipped)
