Binance Shares Screenshots of Customer’s Conversation with CZ After Fighting and Fired!

world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance recently suspended a user’s account and regulated it to only allow withdrawals.

The reason for this was determined as the user in question threatening Binance customer service employees and writing insulting messages.

Company CEO Changpeng Zhao also stepped in, saying that they only want to serve “sensible” customers.

The customer, whose account was suspended, claims that a large amount of coins were stolen from the cryptocurrency wallet on the exchange without his approval.

Account Suspended Customer Threatens Binance Employees

He argues that the reason for his account being closed is the articles he wrote about Binance on Twitter.

After a while, the Binance official account shared screenshots of the conversation the user had with customer service. In the conversations, it is seen that customer service said that they will cooperate with the security forces after the customer reports the issue to the security forces.

The customer, nicknamed CoinMamba, who is a famous name on Twitter, claims that the support team tried to trick him so that CZ could tweet. Then he sends a message to customer service saying, “You will pay for what you did, I will expose you all”.

CoinMamba was given three days to withdraw all its holdings from the exchange. In his last tweet, the user explained that he transferred his assets to another wallet within the specified time so that they are not completely destroyed.
