Bayraktar AKINCI carried out the first shooting test with the TEBER-82!

Unmanned aerial vehicles produced by Baykar continue to prove themselves every day, both in the field and in tests. Today, Bayraktar AKINCI successfully completed the first fire test with the 270 kilogram TEBER-82 guidance kit.

TEBER-82, designed by ROKETSAN and included in the inventory of the Turkish Air Force in 2018, is a more advanced model that replaces the USA’s MK-81 and MK-82 type free-falling unguided general purpose bombs.

Bayraktar AKINCI passed the TEBER-82 test successfully!

Bayraktar AKINCI can carry TEBER-82 from SİHAs such as TB2 and ANKA, and stands out thanks to its high ammunition capacity. We can even add missiles such as SOM, BOZOK, GÖKDOĞAN and BOZDOĞAN among them.

Today, the firing test using the TEBER-82 Guidance Kit, which was developed by ROKETSAN and rivaled the MK-82s of the USA, was concluded successfully. When we look at the video shared by Baykar in the tweet above, we see that TEBER, which has a deviation of only 3 meters at a range of 28 km, hit the target with a margin of a few centimeters.
