ASUS ROG Phone 8 has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating
The first official post about the series, of which we have shared many details so far, has arrived. ASUS confirmed in a post on its Webio platform that the ASUS ROG Phone 8 series will have an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
Considering that the predecessor of the series had IP54 dust and water resistance, ASUS has made a significant upgrade. On the other hand, when we look at the promotional image, we can say that the series will come with a thin frame. Because in the previous series, thick edges welcomed the users.
Graphics card special for China from Asus!

Looking at previous leaks, the processor seat of the ASUS series will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. On the front panels, it is expected to include a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD + screen with a 165 Hz refresh rate and 2500 nits peak brightness.
While the standard ASUS ROG Phone 8 comes with 12 GB LPDDR5x RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 storage, the Pro model will be on the shelves with 16/24 GB LPDDR5x RAM as well as 512 GB or 1 TB UFS 4.0 internal storage. Let us note that both devices will run Android 14.
