The north of Canada has hosted the discovery of yet another relic from the Ice Age. Scientists have discovered the extremely well-preserved remains of a squirrel that froze to death 30,000 years ago.
It started 2.4 million years ago and continued until 11,500 years ago. Ice agecaused the living creatures that lived tens of thousands of years ago to freeze to death. Some of the remains of these creatures have survived to the present day in a highly preserved way.
