YouTuber Tolga Özuygur Made a ‘Prosthetic Hand’ with 3D Printing

Sharing creative design and production videos on his YouTube channel, Tolga Özuygur shared a video that draws attention to the increasing need for prosthetics after the earthquake disaster and proposes solutions.

After the earthquake disaster that took place in Kahramanmaraş on February 6 and affected 11 provinces, everyone continues to do their best to heal the wounds. Unfortunately, our citizens who were removed from the rubble after search and rescue activities with many health problems can encounter.

One of the most common health problems is the hand, arm, foot, leg, etc. amputation of limbs. It is aimed to improve the quality of life with prostheses provided to people whose limbs were amputated. After the last earthquake we experienced, a large number of people were removed from the rubble, and statements were made that the need for ‘prosthesis’ would increase for a while.
